Can you customise a tour?+
Yes. We offer small-group tours and tailored routes in and around Tromsø. Private vehicle charter is not available. Email or message us with your dates, group size and interests.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancel more than 7 days before departure for a full refund; 2–7 days before for a 50% refund; within 48 hours, no refund. If extreme weather makes the tour unsafe, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
Is payment secure?+
All online payments are processed by Stripe or Vipps. We never store your card details.
Which languages do you guide in?+
All public tours are available in Chinese and English. Add your preference in the booking notes.
Do you offer private vehicle charter?+
No. We do not offer private vehicle charter. Aurora and fjord tours start from a central meeting point and use partner or public transport; city tours are on foot.
